Where is home?
I work out of the Covington, LA office, and I live in Madisonville, LA.
Where did you go to school?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Loyola University of New Orleans.
Tell us about your work at Civix?
I joined GCR in 2016 as a Senior Project Manager in the State Government Division. I was promoted to Senior Program Manager and Vice President of Product Management in the Critical Infrastructure business unit. Prior to GCR, I served as the Senior Operations Manager for a healthcare software and revenue services company and worked in the finance and public sectors as a Project Manager and Systems Analyst.
What are you most proud of?
I was responsible for all three product channels (Civil, Finance, and Operations) in CI, delivering highly specialized, mission-critical software solutions for Transportation and Federal Government clients. These solutions had tangible, measurable value to minimize risk. They increased productivity, drive profitability, and ensured compliance.
I have defined and executed product/project governance and C-level analytics to improve efficiency and increase margins, as well as managed the product transformation of a legacy healthcare application to SaaS which increased annual reoccurring revenue from $1M to $3M. I have also lead a multi-phase project that launched online retail and commercial banking that increased sales from $20M to $55M in 1 year and supported 900K online users.
What is your professional interacting style?
I consider myself to be a leader, an innovator, and a collaborator.
What are your strengths?
I have over 28 years of IT management experience, where I’ve been responsible for P&L, budgets, forecasts, application architecture, software development, big data informatics, and solution integrations. I can lead strategic alliances to effectively align and support key business initiatives and build and retain high performance teams for a market-leading brand with a national footprint, with proven scalability and entrenched position in core sectors.
I can define and execute program and product governance with C-level analytics to improve efficiency and increase margins.
What is a fun fact about you?
I enjoy working from home on Mondays because I get to watch my granddaughter. I played college basketball for Loyola. Snug Harbor is my favorite jazz club and I want to visit every US state.
