Meet Melissa Peters Director, Client Success

Where did you go to school?
Texas Tech- Waco, Texas

Tell us about your work at Civix?
I am responsible for all State Gov Production/Maintenance contracts and am proud to lead the Client Success team, who support our clients in day to day operations and Roadmap strategy. I am also responsible for the EOC/Elections Ops Center and work very closely with our clients to support key elections.

What are you most proud of?
The Client Success and Elections Operations Centers.

What is your professional interacting style?
I communicate with our teams and clients in an “approachable” and compassionate manner. I am a “servant” leader and I strive to be the kind of manager that I would most like to have.

What are your strengths?
Communications, optimism, and patience.

I am an advocate for the Beagle Freedom Project.
