Our Team is Your Team

Experience to Match Your Vision for Public Improvement Projects

We’ve assembled a team that allows clients to count on us for every phase of project planning and execution. We employ project managers, planners, and land specialists, who work in tandem with attorneys, appraisers, and surveyors in all aspects of right of way acquisitions.

Scope Development

We gather and analyze information and evaluate potential impacts and alternatives to formulate the most appropriate plan, while minimizing exposure to future litigation. We assist clients in defining steps needed to ensure compliance and provide specific parameters for success. Our scope includes identifying key stakeholders, issues and risks, assumptions and exclusions, objectives, project milestones, high level requirements and deliverables.

Communications

One of our team’s strengths is the ability to address the human element in public works projects. We establish relationships with the impacted community early in the process by conducting public meetings for large-scale projects and individual meetings for smaller projects. In addition to sharing information and offering helpful services to those affected, we gather critical community feedback through discussion forums and community surveys. Civix team members are experienced in public outreach activities.

Scheduling & Cost Estimating

We put our extensive experience to work, ensuring effective analysis of the potential costs of right of way acquisition. We help minimize impacts on project budgets and schedules – while being cognizant of community interests. We’re dedicated to providing best-value services – that’s why our team is consistently focused on the effective management of our client’s bottom line.

Financial & Status Reporting

To ensure the smoothest processes possible, we prepare presentation materials for public meetings, status reports for agency staff, and informational brochures for distribution to legislative delegations at both the state and federal levels.
