Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Civix, Tom served as General Manager, Public Administration at CentralSquare Technologies. While there, he led the business unit focused on providing software and services to over 3,000 local government agencies across North America. He also led several mergers and acquisitions and spearheaded the company-wide transformation of legacy products to a new and robust SaaS delivery platform. Tom has been recognized nationally as a technology leader and has spoken internationally on many government technology topics.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience serving large international public companies and midsized private equity backed businesses. He joined Civix after five successful years at Wolters Kluwer where he served as CFO over two major software business. Chris leads the Civix accounting & finance, internal IT & security, and legal teams.
With nearly 30 years of professional experience, Angele directs the Grants Management, Community Planning, and Right of Way Management business units. She brings in-depth knowledge of customer relationship management and an experienced understanding of the political landscape. With a deep-rooted belief in growing an organization through investment in human capital, Angele has solidified Civix’s position as a leader in disaster recovery and grants management solutions.
With an extensive background in airport management and consulting, Tim joined Civix in 2011. He quickly assumed the lead within our Transportation business unit and has been instrumental in broadening Civix’s pursuit of diverse airport and transit agency work. Tim is a past Director of Airports for the County of San Diego, managing eight airports and three large industrial parks. He also served as Airport Manager for the City of Santa Monica and as Assistant Airport Manager for the City of Hayward, CA. He is a licensed pilot and volunteers his time flying scientists and environmentalists to observe coastal and offshore environments and assess damage from natural disasters.
Mike leads all aspects of the 200+ person Government business unit team, from strategy to execution to growth and expansion with one focus in mind: helping make the complexity of government simple, modern, and secure. This includes delivering the industry’s best software and business process solutions through an aggressively expanding portfolio of advanced digital products. Mike has over 30 years of GovTech expertise serving in General Manager, President, CEO and Chief Client Officer roles in addition to serving as the first statewide CTO for the State of Illinois.
