COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Civix provides technical assistance and full-scale support to create planning documents that meet Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements and further your community’s housing and community development goals. Jurisdictions that receive HUD funding are required to develop planning documents, including Consolidated Plans, Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing,

Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Reports (CAPERs), Annual Action Plans, and Citizen Participation Plans.
